In 1985, Friends of the Earth was the first to shine a spotlight on the alarming loss of tropical rainforests. Eventually, we drove the European Parliament to put laws in place to control tropical timber imports. It was a fight for environmental justice that brought seemingly far-off global issues home – and showed dishonest companies that, when it comes to destroying our natural world, the rule is: “not here, not anywhere”.

This design is inspired by a classic window sticker that launched our Save the Rainforest campaign. This Oversized Women's T-shirt is the perfect fit to show you care, support the work of Friends of the Earth and look great at the same time. With dropped shoulders and a heavyweight cotton fabric, it's a timeless staple to add to your wardrobe now.

In 1985, Friends of the Earth was the first to shine a spotlight on the alarming loss of tropical rainforests.
